Is it good for a man to feel uncomfortable with pretty much all of the churches he has visited or been a part of, when he is planning on becoming a pastor himself?
Nah. It's not a bad thing at all. My dad was a pastor for over 20 years. He has never been comfortable in anyone elses church. It's just the way he is. He feels like he needs to be part of the church, not just an attender.
I think I feel uncomfortable because I feel like it isn't the way church is supposed to be, I'm not really sure how it's really supposed to be, and I don't want to be frustrated as a pastor of one that is that way.

I suppose it depends on why said man is feeling uncomfortable.

I still say it depends on why the person feels uncomfortable.
